Here are some of the most common travel insurance policy exclusions:
1. Insurance is not responsible for any incident that involves alcohol or drugs.
2. Unreasonable cause of loss of luggage or valuables.
3. Local protests that may cancel or delay your trip
4. Medical condition prior to travel or issuance of insurance
5. Sport injuries such as bungee jumping, mountain climbing or water rafting.
6. Emotional and mental illnesses (sudden nervous breakdown)
These are just some of the most common events that are not included in travel policy insurance.
